You agree that any content you upload or generate through the Platform will not:
Violate any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right.
Contain harmful code (e.g., viruses, malware).
Be defamatory, obscene, or offensive.
We reserve the right to remove any content that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zumevu shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability to you for any claims relating to the Platform will not exceed the amount paid by you for the use of the Platform within the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms and Conditions or if we suspect that your actions may harm the Platform, our users, or our services. Upon termination, your account will be deactivated, and you may lose access to your content.
